In 2010 the company signed an agreement with ROS International Rack Repair Systems in the Netherlands. Through this, ROS International South Africa is able to offer On-the-Spot Rack Repair and, Racking Inspections and Certification.
The company further built on their strong market presence by concluding a BEE transaction at the end of 2018, which saw Mpho Ratshikhopha (Certified Industrial Engineer) and Andile Ndlovu (MBA & BCom Finance) join the company. This resulted in Optima now boasting a Level 2 BBEE Rating.
