From filling to palletizing, Pentaline has delivered a fully integrated production line for Águas de Penacova, supporting the handling of 3L and 5L PET bottles.
Designed, manufactured, assembled, and tested in Portugal, the project brings together filling, labelling, conveying, and robotic palletizing in a single automated flow. Every stage is connected, from the arrival of empty containers to the creation of stable, ready-to-ship pallets.
Rather than supplying individual machines, the ROI partner engineered the entire flow, ensuring seamless interaction between technologies and consistency throughout the operation.
