CRG Automation delivers compact high-throughput palletizing

As production volumes increase, manufacturers are often challenged to boost throughput without expanding their facilities or disrupting existing operations.

MCA Process automates pouch handling

Handling flexible pouches through sterilization and pasteurization is no simple task. Product fragility, humidity, and production speeds all place unique demands on the automation process.

Lian Eng accelerates dock operations

Efficient truck loading and unloading remain critical to maintaining throughput in modern distribution and logistics operations.

Dedem Mekatronik integrates end-of-line tire facility

Efficient end-of-line operations depend on more than speed. Integrating identification, palletizing, wrapping, and traceability into a single workflow can help manufacturers improve throughput while reducing manual intervention.

Turkish ROI partner Dedem Mekatronik recently developed a fully integrated tire palletizing and wrapping line designed to streamline the final stages of production.

The solution combines 360° barcode reading, automated diversion of unread items, adaptive robotic palletizing, high-capacity stretch wrapping, and end-of-line traceability. Designed to accommodate different tire diameters, the system also supports both automated and manual handling operations.

With a stretch wrapping capacity of up to 55 pallets per hour, this project successfully connects multiple end-of-line processes into a single, coordinated operation.
